The purpose of the Barnabas Encouragers Ministry is to provide information and support for new members. Barnabas Encouragers ensure that new members complete orientation, get connected with their Family Group and begin the process of spiritual maturation. Ministry skills and commitments include: a spirit of encouragement; willingness to serve in a mentor role; sensitivity to the needs of those new to the Christian faith; consistency in service and commitment to assigned tasks; availability to attend monthly meetings; availability to serve in rotation during Sunday worship services, Bible Study and special worship times. Ministry activities and functions include: participation in monthly planning and development sessions; weekly contact to new members; service during the Call to Discipleship during Worship Services and Bible Study; administration of Christian Development Survey.

The First Aid Care Team shares medical knowledge with the congregation, and ensures that all medical needs are met, should they arise, during service.
The mission of the First Aid Care Team (FACT) is to support the congregation by providing first aid care and promoting the well-being of congregants during activities and programs associated with the church. HIV/AIDS Support provides awareness and assistance to the community through faith-based education.
The HIV Awareness and Prevention Ministry provides faith-based education and awareness to communities at risk for contracting HIV. In addition, we provide home care services as needed, offer support to the Bering Omega House in the Montrose area and education/support for individuals living with HIV. We are available to the youth, college, and young adult ministries for HIV education.
InHIMM is the WABC Men's Ministry.
The purpose of the InHIMM Ministry is to form a fellowship of Christian men toward the end of redeeming humanity back to God and utilizing shared experiences toward the aim of helping each other move from faith to faith in the daily Christian experience. The Twelve-Step recovery model, as outlined in Alcoholics Anonymous, can be applied not only to substance abuse, but also to: codependency, overeating, love addiction, sex addiction, gambling addiction, nicotine addiction, and others. In the Recovery Ministry, we identify Jesus as the Higher Power that can restore us to sanity.We also aim to dismantle the stigma that exists within the church surrounding the diseases of alcoholism & addiction.
