CONGREGATIONAL CARE

Congregational Care exists to come alongside those in the Wheeler Avenue Church family through seasons of sorrow, sickness, and setbacks. The ministry provides support from hospital and home visits to guiding members who are grieving.

Caring Congregation

It is important that we remain connected to and supportive of those in this body of believers and community of fellowship. The Congregational Care update, which includes members experiencing health concerns and bereavement, is available to encourage your prayers throughout the week. Other Congregational Care Services

Congregational Care is responsible for visitation of homebound and hospitalized members. The ministry likewise performs funeral services for members and bereavement / grief support. Contact Rev. Janella Pyles, Minister of Congregational Care and Development, at 713-579-2718 or jpyles@wheelerbc.org.

So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
