Hey, Church Family! The WABC Health and Wellness and Recreation Ministry (HWRM) would like to invite you to join us for FREE fitness classes taking place every Tuesday and Thursday right here at the church beginning the week of September 11th. To help you on your fitness journey we’ve got a variety of classes for you to choose from!

Join us on Mondays for Tai Chi and Zumba style group fitness classes.
Tai Chi is a fun, relaxing workout for the body, mind and spirit . Proven to build focus, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Zumba style group fitness class is a low to moderate impact, high energy cardio workout set to music.

Also on Tuesdays, we have Cardio, Core and More. This class is good for all fitness levels and uses a variety of exercises with focus on building strength and endurance, and developing core strength.

Lastly, on Thursdays we have a Strength and Tone Bootcamp-style class that’s sure to challenge your whole body! Classes are from 6 - 7 pm nightly in the Community Life Center.
