Church Family, come enjoy an intergenerational party that will feature great food, fun and fellowship. There will be something for everyone; face painting, bouncy houses, field games, line dancing, relays, the first ever church picnic group photo, and an opportunity to dunk your favorite Deacon! To avoid long lines we are requesting that attendees pick up their entry tickets in advance of the picnic. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR EVENTBRITE CONFIRMATION WITH QR CODE. Distribution of tickets will be on the following dates:

Saturday, October 21st 10:00 AM - 12:00 noon in the Fellowship Hall
Sunday, October 22nd before and after the 8:00 AM service ONLY in the Cathedral Atrium
The first 2500 people to pick up tickets will be entered in a raffle drawing

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!

Ticket Distribution:

The last picnic ticket distribution before Discovery Green will be on Sunday, October 22nd before and after the 8:00 AM service ONLY, in the Cathedral Atrium
If you have not registered, IF there are wristbands available on Sunday before or after the 8:00 AM service ONLY, you may receive a wristband WITHOUT a meal ticket. After registered attendees have been served, you may have opportunity to partake IF there are meals leftover
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WRISTBAND FOR ENTRY INTO THE CHURCH PICNIC!

o Toyota Center Tundra Garage, 1515 Jackson Street, Houston, 77002 – MUST SHOW PARKING ATTENDANT WRISTBAND, PICNIC T-SHIRT OR EVENTBRITE CONFIRMATION AT ENTRY FOR PARKING VALIDATION. IF PROOF IS NOT SHOWN YOU WILL CHARGED!

o Parking for 2000 vehicles is available at a first come first serve basis on levels 1, and 4 – 7

· PARKING AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

o Stations are located to the north of the Marriott Marquis on Rusk Street and North of Partnership Tower on Capitol Street

· Mobility Challenged

o The designated mobility challenged drop off area will be located on Avenida de Las Americas by the Brown Promenade entry point

Accommodations

· Tables and seating will be available, however; we are encouraging attendees to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets for the designated Lounge Area Please see the map below for the layout of our event
