The Communications and Technologies Corps serve God and the church by enhancing the worship experience through visual media, lighting and sound. The Corps is composed of 5 units, which include photography, video, lighting, audio, and new members photography. These units function as separate entities, but ultimately work together towards our common goal.
The mission of the Wheeler Avenue Congregational Care Stephen Ministry is to offer spiritual support to parishioners that are bereaved, distressed, or health challenged.

The Courtesy Corps serves as a welcoming team to all who enter the church. Members of this ministry seek to reflect the spirit of Christian service and love for all who enter for worship. They greet and seat worshipers and provide other comforts to facilitate the worship experience.
Each year, WABC high school seniors are eligible to receive a scholarship from their church. The Educational Grant Committee sets the guidelines for scholarship recipients, reviews all scholarship applications and ensures that the students who receive the scholarship meet all guidelines. The Ephphatha Ministry provide sign language support during Sunday services and special events.
The Evangelism Ministry helps the church fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20); as we take the gospel to the world and equip the Saints to reach their families, friends, co-workers and those in our neighborhood and abroad. The Financial Empowerment Ministry is devoted to providing WABC members the tools for financial freedom. This ministry regularly provides seminars and workshops for the WABC membership at large. The mission of the First Aid Care Team (Medical Advisory Board) of Wheeler Ave. Baptist Church is to support the congregation by providing first aid care during church services and according to Romans 12:1-2 to equip the saints with medical knowledge that will enhance their service to our Lord, Jesus Christ and therefore enhance also their own lives.
